Firstly, we will check if all are glued well by screwing it in and out on the cartridge, and then each mouthpiece is cleaned with ethyl alcohol before putting them into the foam. Finally, we should make sure each one is not blocked by the glue so that you can vape it smoothly.

All the cartridges will be cleaned with ethyl alchohol both on the inside stem and outside glass before packing.

We imitate the 510 thread to test its resistance and to check if it's short-circuit. All the cartridges should be connected to a mould same as 510 thread, and we will press it with machine to check if it can work normally when connecting with 510 thread battery.
